License Agreement
By purchasing, downloading, or utilizing any vbStartup product you agree to the following terms:

A vbStartup product license grants you permission to run a single installation of the product on one domain indefinitely with the option for support and updates renewal at the end of the term.
- By purchasing a vbStartup product license you certify that you do not own, operate, or conspire with any warez, p2p, or other file sharing sites.
- vbStartup endorses family friendly business practices and therefore does not sell to sites with pornographic content or illegal content, including but limited to illicit drugs or drug paraphernalia, or other sites of inappropriate nature at the discretion of vbStartup.
- Refunds will only be issued in the instance of irreparable errors that are the fault vbStartup, and only having failed to fix the issue given the chance. Refunds will not be given to problems caused by third party modifications.
- vbStartup does not guarentee that styles will work with every third party modification available.
- Exchanges will not be given under any circumstance and it is therefore strongly recommended you test any potential purchases on our demo board. It is also advised that you take care when checking out to make sure the product you are purchasing is the one you intended to.
- You are permitted to alter style code and images to your liking; however, removing any copyrights or links back to vbStartup is strictly prohibited unless a branding free license has been purchased.
- Under no circumstance are you allowed to share or redistribute style code (original or modified) or images to other parties.
- Exceptions to the above terms will only be made with written permission from vbStartup.
- On breach of this license agreement vbStartup reserves the right to revoke your license without refund
